Mascot Max
Maxine “Max” is a 3-year-old Belgian Malinois named after Jessica Alba’s character, Max Guevara, in Dark Angel. Max is our president’s service dog and the National K-9 Working Dog’s mascot.
She accompanies Jay everywhere so if you ever get to come out to one of our public events, you may get a chance to meet her. She is a great advocate on behalf of her working K-9 brothers.
She has helped to raise funds in her home town for bullet proof vests through demonstrations and expects to do much more for the NK9WD.
